1. She should have studied her 10th, 12th from the state that she wants to claim state quota from.
2. She should possess a valid domicile in the state
3. She should possess a residencey proof of the state.
Now that your daughter has studied her 10th and 12th abroad, that disqualifies her from being eligible for State Quota.
