AFTER GRADUATION OR MASTER WHICH ONE ONE IS GOOD FOR BED
If you want to become a teacher, doing B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) is a good choice. Now the question is, whether it is better to do B.Ed after graduation or after post-graduation (master’s degree).
The better option depends on your goals:
If you want to become a school teacher as soon as possible, doing B.Ed after graduation is better. You save time and can start applying for teaching jobs earlier.
If you want to apply for PGT (Post Graduate Teacher) posts in senior secondary schools or want to get a higher salary, then doing B.Ed after post-graduation is better. You will be eligible for higher teaching posts and may get better job opportunities.
So, if you are sure about teaching and want to start early, do B.Ed after graduation. If you want to go for higher-level teaching posts or appear for exams like UGC NET later, then you can do it after post-graduation.

B.Ed is usually done after graduation, and that’s totally fine. But if you do it after master’s, it gives you a stronger academic background, especially if you want to teach senior classes or prepare for competitive exams. So both are fine—depends on your goal.
Hello Aspirant,
If your intention is to start teaching as early as possible, particularly in school settings, then it is advisable to pursue your B.Ed after graduation. If your intention is to focus on a subject area, or you are aiming for higher levels of teaching (such as at the collegiate level), then completing a master's degree first and then a B.Ed will give you more value in the profession and open up possibilities.
