Hi Hemant,
Both of the books you have mentioned are very helpful for Jee. I have reffered them when I was preparing for IIT JEE back in 2008. Having said that I would also suggest you to refer HC Vern a for physics and RK Gupta.

Hey.....for a good score in jee main you should do H.C.verma for physics,elementry M.S.chauhan for organic chem., N.avasthi for physical chem.,and for maths I'll prefer cingage assignments......and do them with full dedication...and increase your number of questins.......i hope it'll hep you...ALL THE BEST
