You can prepare for neet from NCERT books of biology, chemistry and physics if you belong to CBSC (PCB) and u can prepare from NCERT books of botany , zoology , chemistry and physics if you belong to PCMB (state) ,
If your goal is focused to crack only NEET then pcb ( CBSC ) is enough , but if you want any alternative option and also have interest in maths and if you are okay with joining engineering when u can't crack NEET then pcmb (state ) is better.
