Any good IIT's I can get into with 52 marks in CS for a general category? Thanks in advance

I think it will be tough to get into top 7 IIT's but make sure to apply in all the IIT's. You can also apply in IISc Bangalore as sometimes they even call students till 1500 for their Interview for still it will be difficult.
Other than top 7 you can go for the newer ones, IIT Hyderabad is the best and no other new IIT comes close. Amongst universities that were recently converted to IITs, you can try IIT Roorkee and IT BHU also.
Hydrabad will be tough but still apply.
