No,.450.marks doesn't meet any requirement for getting a seat in government Medical Colleges. For a seat in any Government Medical College in Uttar Pradesh if you belong to SC Category, you will need atleast 500-525. There are new Medical Colleges coming up but still the availability of seats is less than the students who qualify every year. So, you will need atleast 500-525.
