Hey Gopika,
You can wear a tshirt or a jean but make sure that you wear half sleeve shirts/t-shirts as full sleeves are not allowed and must be avoided. Clothes should be light which means that zips, pockets, big buttons and any elaborate embroidery should not be there. So candidates must wear simple clothes.
I am sorry to say but Leggings are not allowed to wear for NEET 2019. The NEET conducting authorities are very strict about the dress code in NEET exam. And as per the guidelines of CBSE, the clothes should be loose and light coloured. You can wear loose clothes like Salwar.
