as per calculation my score in neet 2019 is 200, so can I have any luck of getting seat for Mbbs ?? my cast is OBC.

Hello dear
With just 200 marks in neet, you can just qualify neet but when if you are asking for a seat with this much marks then dear its a no , you cannot get a seat in Government Medical College with this much marks, doesn't matter to which category you belong to obc / sc or st , its not enough for any category to get a seat .
