as we know that neet aiims will have only one paper so how the syllabus will be altered??? as if we have same paper for the exams but the syllabus pattern of both aiims and neet is different???

The syllabus for NEET has been uploaded by NTA on neet website on 1 December 2019. You can go through the syllabus. Physics contains a total of 45 questions for 180 marks . Chemistry also contains a total of 45 questions for 180 marks . Biology in NEET contains Botany and Zoology with a 45 questions for 180 marks each. So, biology contains 90 questions for 360 marks.

There's one thing which we need to remember that it is aiims and Jipmer that have been scrapped off and not the neet examination, the paper pattern of neet, neet syllabus etc is still the same the only thing is that now admission to all the aiims and Jipmer will through neet examination as well. And other than this ,everything is still same including neet syllabus and its question paper pattern .

- In your Neet 2020 examination , you will have 180 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) from Physics, Chemistry and Biology . 45 questions will be from Physics, 45 questions from Chemistry, and 90 questions will be from your biology.
- 4 marks will be awarded to you for every correct answer and there is negative marking of one mark for every wrong answer.
