can a compartment student is able to apply for b.pharm in any private clgs (PSG,Dr.MGR,.) before comp. exam result?

yes, you can apply Since you're looking for b.pharm you may be eligible I guess but you should know this fact that certificate with a compartment paper may not have value but stay positive you can just apply and see how it goes.
