Hello, Yes it is mandatory that the admissions for NRI quota including OCI holders too will happen through MET only for MSc and MPhil courses. You can refer this official website for the instructions https://manipal.edu/mu/admission/international-students/how-to-apply.html
And the application is open from 11th December you can refer this link for more details on the exam https://www.careers360.com/exams/met
