Hello,
It depends if it will be available in the higher studies. If it is there at any college then for sure you can do specialisation in that domain. You can even join that branch now in BIPC but it needs your rank and marks are good and satisfying the eligibilty and selection criteria. If you are eligible then you should for the branch now.
