Hello Praveen,
It's not clear in your question that why you want to pursue aerospace engineering after aeronautical engineering? Have you already done B.E in aeronautical engineering or not. If you have, then you can definitely go for another degree in any of your preferred stream. As a person is allowed to have dual degrees. However, aeronautical engineering is a branch of aerospace engineering, which deals with the design of aircraft. There's another branch which is called astronautical engineering. It deals with spacecraft.
So if you specifically want to go in the field of designing of spacecraft then you can opt for the second degree in aerospace if not then your degree is enough.
And you have not done any degree yet and thinking of doing it then you can directly pursue aerospace engineering.
Hope this helps. All the best. If you have any further queries, please feel free to ask. We will be happy to help.
