You cannot change the category at the time of JEE Advanced, your category furnished in JEE Mains will be carried forward while applying for JEE Advance. It is because category is not something which can be changed within few days as it is a long procedure. JEE Advance also will not have any such provision to allow you to make category changes, verification of documents will take too much time and work. Therefore, it is suggested to not persist for changing category now in order to avoid any disturbances.
