The qualifying marks for EWS for NEET UG is 138 for EWS categories. Which means a candidates needs to score atleast 138 or above to get admission into MBBS/dental/BAMS/BHMS.
Since Maharashtra requires NEET marks to gain entry into BPT course, you cannot apply as you have not qualified for the exam. You can try getting a BPT seat in other states which have entrance examinations and not give weightage to NEET scores.
