Amrita university doesn't depend on jee percentile. You have to write entrance exam for Amrita university . If you secure well you will get seat in the department. According to your rank you will get department. If you want to visit the website use below link:

recently I checked amrita university depends on jee main from 2014
30% are selected through jee main
and 70% through aee exam.
