Hello Gaurav,
Unfortunately you cannot not get CSE branch with your rank in jee or wbjee. For. CSE branch the cutoff rank is mostly within 3-5k for good colleges. Since your rank is too high you cannot get colleges through your rank. You can try writing other state competitive exams to get admission in those respective colleges.
