Hello aspirant,
I'm sorry to inform you but according to last year statistics civil at mnit Allahabad for other state's students closed at a ST rank of 355 and in nitc. Civil closed at 654 rank so you can not get civil n these colleges.

The cut-off for civil engineering at NIT Calicut was around 650 and for MNNIT Allahabad was around 350 last year for OBC NCL. This year's cut-offs are also expected to be similar. So you have very low chances of getting admission in civil in any of the two campus. You can use the link below to predict colleges you can get based on your rank:
