Hey Krishna,
I'm sorry to say but this year you won't be able to make it to MS Ramaiah Medical College with 508 marks firstly because you don't have a domicile of Karnataka so you have to fight for it through AIQ and secondly the cut offs for this college is usually higher than 520 but you might make it to other colleges in your state probably.
