If you are not from Karnataka, then you cannot apply for Private Medical Colleges in Karnataka. This is because Private Medical Colleges do not participate in All India Counselling. And you cannot apply for State Counsellingnif you do not hold the domicile of that particular State. For a private medical college, you have to apply for your State Counselling only.
