Dear Diksha, UP has 5565 Medical Seats and 2251 Dental Seats. This number imcludes all both Government and Private Medical Colleges for all Categories except EWS Category because their seats have been added in additon to these. Now with a State rank of 807, you have a fair chance of getring a seat in any of the Government Medical Colleges.
Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. You can check the cut offs of various colleges at:

Ma'am its a matter of intense worry.. That I have not got any gov mbbs seat in u p state counselling... Do I still have chance to get one in the second round counselling.. As I have scored 404 in neet ug my all india rank is 124851 and sc category all india rank is 7001 and u p state rank is 8868 and sc category state rank is 807... Do I still gave a chance? Plzz reply
Lets be optimistic until Round 2 because score lesser than this got a GMC last year.
Ma'am this time cut off for round 1 counselling in U p for sc category is 428. And the rank is 1 lakh 5 thousand around.... So do I have chances. :(
