No B.Arch course does not offer placements. You have to internship at some organisation. Some colleges allow the recruiters to recruit some good interns. Also, if you share good rapport with your professor then they could also help you to land into a good internship (Please keep this in mind that this thing varies college to college and it is not necessary for it to be true.)
