Unless you scored in excess of 360 or maybe 380 out of 720 we should not be expecting any decent Govt Medical College seat via Neet even from OBC category so sorry better luck next time

Management quota seats are prevalent in some colleges and you may apply for them but as per the private medical college seats which are filled in on the basis of Neet marks even from OBC category unless you get marks in excess of 320 to 340 getting a seat is very difficult

Sorry dear no chance for government MBBS and BDS, Little chance of private BDS.. You may also try for BHMS, BAMS, VETINARY..
