Hello sir/madam I got 3205 sc prep rank and got 31000 sc rank in mains .. Am I eligible to get seat in IIT ??...as well as in nits??

As per the rules of JoSAA counselling, as long as you are holding a rank in JEE Advance or JEE Mains you can participate in the counselling process to fight for a seat in either IIT or NIT depending on the exam you have passed. "Theoretically" you are eligible for a seat in IIT(in preparatory courses) and in NITs. Though you have an almost negligible chance of getting a seat through the couselling due to the sheer competition for these premier institutes of India. The SC Closing rank for preparatory courses hardly crosses 1000 rank and for NITs the closing rank is below 10k.
You can still try to get colleges through state councelling which accept JEE Mains marks or through management quota in various private institutes. I wish you luck for your future.
