My daughter got sc prep rank 1180 in jee adv..And 2798 rank in jee mains in sc category...Is she eligible for IIT seat in ladies quota sir?

Sir your daughter didn't qualify for the regular seat and hence IIT has given her a preparatory rank and the seat is already been adjusted to ladies quota ,so she needs to do a preparatory course first and then on successful completion of it she can join with the normal Students
