As it's the peak period of exams - both boards as well as NEET.. so you have to study in a smart way.
Focus completely on your boards first as simultaneously 12th class NEET syllabus will also covered in that only. Refer the standard material - NCERTs of all PCB. Try to study biology regularly as it'll be easy to go through it later during revision.
Simultaneously prepare formulae notes for both physics and chemistry >. Revise maximum.
Keep maximum MCQs practice. The more you'll practice.. the more confidence you'll gain in solving the questions quickly and correctly.
For the theory part for boards.. make key-word type notes.. so that it'll become a brief summary for many topics. This way you can remember it well and the concept will be clear in your mind for a long period of time. Hope you're getting my point.!!

relax and don't waste time in neet preparation first pass the boards then prepare for neet

First Boards Exam are there so revise for them first as it would help you in NEET too. Everyday till Boards Exam are not started you can revise 11th standard's some chapters along with 12th.
When Boards start focus on only 12th standard portion. When Boards are done revise the 11th standard chapters which were left before.
