Let me be factual and honest with you.In todays scenario most of the youth searching for job are graduate in various stream like B.Com,BCA,BBA and even B.tech and they are not able to get job and the reason is there are already lots of graduates and job is less so you will have to go for higher studies and degree in order to fetch a job.
After BBA you might get a job but chances are higher that you will not be satisfied by the pay and growth so ultimately you will have to go for a higher degree.
In my opinion you will have to do MBA and that too with a good colleges if you want to get a good job.
