what after 12th to do MBA and what was its 1st step
For MBA, the first essential step is to complete you Bachelor's degree in any discipline and must have scored at least 50% marks in graduation.

It can be B.Tech, BSc. if you are a science student, B.Com, BBA, etc. Next, after finishing your graduation or in the final year, you will have to apply for the entrance exams which are conducted for admissions in MBA, these can be conducted by respective universities, colleges and on a national level too.
Here is a list of entrance exams that are conducted for admissions in MBA:

I want to go for architecture.... Which stream i have to choose in the second step
The minimum education qualification that a candidate must possess to study Architecture in Under graduate level is 10+2. The eligibility criteria is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from a recognized board. It is to be noted that a candidate must score the required minimum percentage of marks that is specified by the institute in which she/he is taking.
As per the eligibility requirement you need to study Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in class 11th and class 12th so you should take PCM after class 10th. To get admission to B.Arch you need to either appear for National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) or JEE Main Paper 2 depending in the institute in which you are seeking admission.

iam from Andhra Pradesh. In my scholarship status(btech) it is showing OTA completed at Distinct officer. what will be the next step.
OTA is one time approval and after the completion of approval, the merit list will be generated, after that it will take sometime to get your scholarship, usually it takes from 20 days to 2 months to get the scholarship normally.
So you have to wait for sometime.
I hole it clears your doubt,
Best of luck.
i have registered for msc in chemistry at manipal what is the next step?
Difficulty level of Manipal entrance exam is medium level. If we compare the level of the Manipal exam from JEE Main then it is easy and if you are comparing with state level it's is difficult. To crack Manipal exam time management is very important.
