Hi sir, I have cleared my first year of of M.com from IGNOU in 2018 but unable to start the process of second year till now as there is gap of more than 1 year ,kindly suggest is there the possiblity that i can still apply for second year and resume from where i left or do i need to apply again .

hi,

see it depends on the college authority whether they will allow you to again enroll in for m.com (//m.com) course from second year, or you need to take again admission in first year, I suggest you to directly contact with college authority for this. however the maximum duration to complete the m.com (//m.com) course is 5 years from ignou.
