Hi,
You can aim your target score according to the previous year cutoffs for your dream college. Like if you need a college in your state then you can aim for around 550 but if you need AIQ you have to set accordingly.

Hey.
The cut off marks changes each year due to various factors like competiton, level of difficulty etc. But on an estimate For a fair chance for admission in a government medical college under the State quota you'd require atleast more than 510 marks and under the All India quota you'd require atleast more than 560 marks. You can let me know the state you belong to for more accurate details.
