Dear Aspirant
Basically you have to apply a simple formula to calculate Jee main rank .The formula is officially given by National testing agency to calculate rank .
The formula also depends on no of candidates apperared in participating in session or exam.
So the formula is
No of Candidates appeared/100*(100- Nta score)
As the no of candidates apperared in January session was 869010 so you can put this figure in formula.
But if the no of candidates changes to any different no then rank can vary .
