That's good to have an idea now.
If you're going to prepare for CBSE almost half of the percentage in JEE you've covered.
What I want to say is you need to go through the NCERT books effectively. And try to cover all the foundations.
One tip I want to give is you need to prepare all models where you can get from every end of the chapter
And also the remaining half percentage you can cover by practicing the model papers and also the mock test.
So that you'll get enough confidence to clear both 12 AND JEE.

If you want to give more weightage towards the JEE side rather than boards then the best strategy to follow is that :
1. There is set pattern of question in CBSE exams.Identify that pattern and quickly start practising those kind of question
2.Prepare your notes for the quick revision
3.Practise Previous year paper of CBSE.You would find most of your paper from themseleves alone. :)
