I hope you are doing good. Now coming to your query, If your Domicile state is Telangana then you can't apply for AP state quota seats. To apply for any state counseling you should have a Domicile certificate of that state otherwise you can't apply for state quota seats of that state. So the only way for you to apply for AP medical colleges is through All India Counseling or 15% quota.
