generally i'm from bihar while filling the form of neet-2019 can i choose other state (Delhi) for 15% AIQ...& my 85% state qouta remains.

While filling the NEET 2019 application form, you can choose the state of your choice as National Testing Agency (NTA), exam conducting body, has stated that this decision needs to be taken by the candidate. The seats of all the government colleges are divided between 15% All India Quota and 85% State Quota. For 15% All India Quota seats, you can choose any government college irrespective of where it is located. However, for 85% State Quota seats, the regulations vary state to state. As you have mentioned, you belong to Bihar then you will be eligible to participate in the counselling for state quota seats considering you fulfil the domicile eligibility of the state.

To participate in the counselling of 85% State Quota seats of Delhi, one needs to complete Class 12 from a school located in the National Capital Territory.

Each state conducts counseling for the 85% state quota seats + the remaining seats of AIQ seats. And you can apply for both. But if you are alloted a seat in AIQ then you cannot apply under state counseling as per court orders..!

For 15% quota seats you can fill any of your choice state preference as you are eligible to apply in all over India for 15% quota seats. If you are interested in Delhi then Make sure that the cutoff goes very high for 15% quota seats. You will be require around more than 650 in NEET Entrance Exam.
