Dear Nikhil, in 2018 under State Quota, 429 marks secured a seat in Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College under OBC Category. So at 518 marks you have a fair chance at Motilal Nehru Medical College as well. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
