I am expecting 466 marks in NEET 2019 and belong to OBC category. Is there any chance of getting govt. medical seat in UP?

First of all congratulations for scoring such a decent score , with 466 marks i'm sorry but I don't think you can get government college in U.P because the competition this year has increased drastically , and the difference between OBC and General quota cutoff is not very much large , there will be 10-20 marks difference . You can get semi govt college so please don't miss any counseling.

That purely depends how far the cut off goes.
But i can say that you stand a chance your score is somewhat satisfying.
And you can go for a try.
There are good medical colleges in Uttar Pradesh.
Being from Lucknow i can say King George's Medical Institution is one the best here.
