    Hi Rushikesh

    Ofcourse you can take admission in some government college by using your domicile certificate.

    what you have to is be very carefull while filling the application form.when you need to enter correspondence address you fill that address of which you are not having caste certificate and in permanent address you fill the address of which you have caste certificate.Be very much clear while filling a slight mistake would be really a big mistake.

    For example I live in Bihar(my permanent address --caste certificate and residential is available) and also in West Bengal(current/correspondence  address--only residential certificate is available).

    U will be able to take admission in government college of bihar by using certificates in this way only.
