Does EWS certificate applicable which is made in other state ... But has to take admission on other state .

Dear Anamica,
EWS certificate is a national certificate which is passes in 2019 by the national government with a constitutional amendment. It is not a state dependent certificate. All the colleges under the National government have to have 10% of their seat reserved for the candidates belonging to the EWS category. So it does not matter from which state you have got your EWS certificate, all the colleges which are under national government have to comply with these rules.
