Issues like this are encountered quite often during online registration for Counselling procedure because at a time, a huge load of students try to enter the site at the same moment which leads to a huge traffic. There is nothing to worry friend, these problems do occur and are solved almost immediately within a few hours. I will suggest you to logout from your account and let the traffic subside a bit. Delete the cookies and history and then login at a later time with fresh tab. This might work out.
