I am permanent resident of Bihar , and passed class 12 from west Bengal . Due to lack of information I have filled my present address of west Bengal as my permanent address in jee mains application form will my OBC certificate issued by govt. of Bihar be accepted in Josaa counseling.

I have all valid documents ,Will my migration certificate work as proof because it has my present address and also I have provided correct aadhar card number during registration .
