i belong to obc ncl but dont have the documents can i fill cuet with general and put obc ncl certificate on DU registration later on

Yes, you can fill CUET application form as General if you don’t have the OBC-NCL certificate right now. But for University of Delhi admission, you must show a valid OBC-NCL certificate at the time of counselling to get reservation benefits.
