I didbot registered myself in first round of counseling in AIQ NEET can i register for second round AIQ

Never ,if u have been allotted CLG in first counselling then in second only upgradation s ddone. So suppose u r absent in first counselling ur seat will be alloted to someone else and that person will be attending second counselling if he prefers.
