I didn't clear general cutoff for jee adv 2019. But ,I got rank 3443 in gen -ews .can I get a seat in iits?

Hi mani,
No you cannot get seat in any iits without qualifying
Because your quota always helps you to get better college or branch than what you deserve but not atleast if you dont clear any exam then definitely you wont get any seat .
As total of 10 percent seats are reserved for general category student so one must have to get a rank under 1000 in ews category to get selected to any iit .
