All India Quota counselling is only for the Government colleges 15% quota seats and rest 85% quota seats counselling is conducted by the respective state counselling authorities. There is no any management quota seats there in Government colleges, These seats are in only private colleges which counselling will be conducted by the particular state counselling authorities. You need to apply for it but most of the state first round registration is over now.
