Since you are having less score than 75% then also you will be eligible to write the JEE MAINS examination but yaah inorder to enter in the institute like IIT , NIT'S or BITS then you must have a score of 75% in class 12th and it won't affect your admission if you give it through the improvement exam in two subject.

Sir aap yaha bhi galat bol rahe ho.... 2 subjects ki improvement wali marksheet IIT or NIT m chal jati hai...par BITSAT kabhi bhi 2 subjects wali improvement ki marksheet accept nahi karta hai....
