if i give improvement in two exams and score above 75% and according to rules of jee mains will i eligible for the jee mains exam or not

Yes, you will be eligible if you give improvement in less than 5 subjects but if you want to follow top 20 percentile criteria then improvement in all 5 subjects would be compulsory as it is not mandatory for 75% criteria.
