Admission in MBBS courses depends upon cutoffs.
Cutoff varies year to year as cutoff depends upon no. Of candidates appearing and the difficulty level of question paper.For sc category ,cutoff will be 380+.
Sorry to say but you wouldn't be able to get a medical college with this score.

You haven't mentioned your state which makes it difficult for me to predict colleges but yes , even if you are SC , a score of 200 is too low to get any govt. mbbs college.
See colleges can't be predicted this easily as cut offs change every year and there are various aspects related to that like
1. No. of candidates
2. Demand for that particular college or university amongst the candidate
3. Level of exam
4. No. of seats etc.
