Hello shivang.
Well based upon your rank it is not possible to get a seat in any of the branches in top 3 colleges.But you can get a seat in any branch from a decent college.If you want a seat in a good college then you should select either mechanical or civil or any other branch excluding cse,ECE,EEE and it.

I got 56 percentile in uni-gauge e should i apply for any university

Better to go with comedk ranking,you will get a better college when compared to the college you get by uni gauge e.
