i got 389 mark in neet 2019,there is chance for private college seat in andhra pradesh

You have not mentioned your category so I am considering it to be general. The cutoff for private medical colleges usually are more than 400. This year, it is expected that the cutoff marks would go even higher. So, sorry to say but it is pretty difficult to say that you might get a private medical college. However, I would suggest you to try management quota if necessary or else try some other medical related branches. As of now, you can even take a drop and come back brighter next year.

As you mentioned with 389 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college anywhere are negligible.As your marks are too low you might not even get some private medical college as previous year last student who got admission had 430+ marks.
I suggest you to go for some other course or prepare for NEET next year.
Or you can go for management quota seats in private colleges but fees would be more than 40 lakhs for it.
Having said that cutoffs change every year depending upon level of toughness of exam. So hope for the best and follow the counselling process.
