Hi !
Yes , you can get that if nobody else chooses that because they ask for choice filling and after that they check the no. of candidates that have chosen that particular college , and then the seats are alloted on the basis of rank and marks of the respective candidates. Since you belong to BC category , you have more chances to get a seat.
